Exchanges may be considered only in the case of a faulty item, which must come under our warranty of 1-year from the original purchase date of the watch.
Clear evidence and proof must be shown of all the problems. Please know that water damage, bracelet and all other issues are not covered by our warranty- only problems with the movement of the watch itself are valid.
Any client(s) found to be attempting to abuse the return/warranty system (e.g. falsely claiming a product is faulty) will be immediately blacklisted.
We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal Goods & Services, PayPal Friends & Family, Crypto and Cash. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Anybody trying to say they have made payment when they clearly haven’t will be blocked.
We do NOT offer credit or payment plans.
We take fraud seriously. Any suspicious transactions, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will result in an instant ban and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
For security reasons, we may require additional verification for large orders. This is to ensure everything is above board and no fraudulent activity is occurring.
To reserve an item, a 50% deposit is required upfront and the remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days.
If the full payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Once reserved, the item(s) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another product.
All orders come with free next-day UK tracked delivery if ordered before 4PM GMT.
Clients must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for packages going to the wrong address if you provide the wrong address.
At UK Watches, we value our time and the commitment of serious buyers. This is why if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will have no choice but to blacklist you from making future purchases from us. You will also be blocked from our platform.
To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice- failure to do so will result in a blacklist.
If you’re on track to show up late, please give us plenty of notice and we will see what we can do for you. However, a cancellation is likely if you turn up extremely late as we have many other appointments booked up.
This policy is in place to prevent time wasters and ensure that we can provide the best service to genuine customers.
If you would like to request an item we do not have, please get in touch with us and we will give a quote. Please note that full payment is required upfront if you’d like an item ordered in and delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks.
Know some people who might want watches from us? Send them our way and you will receive a 5-10% commission (depending on order value) of whatever they purchase.
Please make sure to tell them to let us know that they came from you so that we know who to give the commission to.
Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Whilst we are open to multi-purchase discounts, Anybody attempting to haggle or offer lower prices on singular items will not be entertained.

Whilst we are always open to doing business with other resellers, they are not allowed in our Telegram group due to backending.
Anybody who joins our group and is suspected to be a reseller will be immediately banned.
